‘Land Man’ Stars Make a Surprise Appearance at the CMA Awards
The stars of Land Man brought Hollywood charm to country music’s biggest night as they stepped onto the red carpet at the CMA Awards, delighting fans and industry insiders alike.
Despite a whirlwind global press tour promoting the hit series, the cast didn’t hesitate when the invitation to attend the CMAs arrived.
“It was the easiest yes ever,” one of the stars said with a smile when asked about making time for the event.
A Night Among Music Community
While Land Man is rooted in dramatic storytelling, its creators and cast have deep respect for the music world — something that made the CMA Awards feel like a natural fit.
“It’s an amazing event,” the actor admitted, though he jokingly confessed to feeling unexpectedly nervous.
“I’m always afraid I’ll fall down, or say the wrong thing… or that I won’t be able to see the teleprompter.”
The lighthearted confession drew laughter, with the interviewer reassuring him that he was, as always, “the belle of the ball.”
Could Tim McGraw and Faith Hill Join ‘Land Man’?
The conversation turned to Land Man’s growing connections within the country music community — especially after Tim McGraw and Faith Hill recently showed their support in New York, attending a performance by their daughter.
Naturally, the question followed: Could Tim and Faith make an appearance on Land Man?
“That would be awesome,” one cast member said. “But Taylor Sheridan kind of picks and chooses whatever he wants for the show. We don’t have a lot of clout in that department.”
Still, the door isn’t closed.
“Maybe we’ll bring their names up and see what happens,” he added with a grin.
Another cast member pointed out that whenever Tim or Faith perform in Fort Worth, they always come out to support him — a sign of the tight-knit bonds forming around the show.
Part of the Taylor Sheridan Family
As the interview wrapped up, one thing was clear: Land Man has become more than just a TV series — it’s part of the larger Taylor Sheridan creative family, where film, television, and music worlds often collide.
“Once you’re in the Taylor Sheridan family, you’re in,” the interviewer said.
With that, the cast headed off to enjoy the night — blending Hollywood storytelling with Nashville tradition, and reminding everyone why the CMAs remain a meeting place for all corners of American entertainment.
