Audrey opened up about the inspiration behind the song, revealing a deeply personal creative process:
“My song is yours on Friday. I wrote it sitting at the piano in Nashville, late at night. Per usual. My mind needed something to say after a long summer. And this came out. Whatever it means now, whatever it means to you… It gave me some relief.”
